  • Required Documentation: When reporting a damaged item, please provide the following to ensure a smooth process:

    • Clear photographs or a short video showing the damage to the item and the condition of the packaging.

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for the shipment of the replacement part to your address at no additional cost to you.
